In 2014, TCS created a tailored campaign to 37 retail prospects. We wrote and designed the master template based on
the strict TCS brand guidelines. A further 37 bespoke retail reports were created. The campaign generated 19
opportunities (meetings with over 50% of the target organisations) and
was nominated in the B2B Marketing Awards for Best Campaign in 2015.

The campaign concept was subsequently rolled out in Finland to seven selected organisations spanning 5 sectors
(including Retail). We have subsequently designed a banking report based on research conducted in the Nordic
